Mamta Yash Patnaik is a prominent producer-writer with a remarkable career spanning over 25 years. Her creative genius is evident in the creation and writing of 45+ original works, showcasing her skills as a screenwriter, poet, and showrunner. Currently holding the position of Chief Content Officer at Inspire Films, Mamta's exceptional contributions have made a lasting impact on the entertainment industry.
Mr Amit Sen has over two decades of exhaustive experience in the Media space encompassing overviewing review operations & technology enhancement, physical and digital media archival and management, budgeting and manpower development. These functions encompassed Television Channels including live News and Entertainment Channels and Movie Channels. Mr Amit Kumar Sen has an MBA Degree from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, USA.
Mr. Rangaraj Ravindran was appointed as an Independent Director on 29-07-2023. He has done Master of Business Administration (Strategy) from Open University Business School, Milton-Keynes, UK. He has over 35 years of experience in multiple Industries and markets PAN India. He will support the Board of Directors in ensuring their functions efficiently and effectively. His presence in the Board brings independence in functioning and working of the Company.
Mr. Girija Shankar Nayak was appointed as an Independent Director on 29-07- 2023. He is a Practicing Chartered Accountant and holds the degree of LL.B. He holds 25 years of Experience in Finance, Accounting and Taxation. He is instrumental in rendering professional advice on international tax issues including DTAA application and Transfer Pricing. He also serves as an Independent Director in some Public and Private Limited Company in his Professional Capacity.
